At Qamar Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, original condition pieces. Please note that custom engravings and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely and remains in pristine condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
